Message to Main Campus Students: Hardship Re-evaluation

Hello again!

We are looking for your quick response. The public health emergency Champlain is managing is changing each day, and government restrictions are increasing to protect safety and health.

Given these changes, we are reducing the number of students staying in Champlain housing wherever it is possible for a student to get to another safe location by this weekend. We need to circle back with you to gather some information about your hardship situation.

You will receive a phone call from one of our Housing and Residential Life team members later this morning. Please respond to their phone call and in the meantime, we would appreciate you completing this new application in THD to provide some details for us. It is called “Housing Registry Updated” under Applications.

We understand this is a difficult time and we want to support you even as we do our best to reduce risks of a campus public health emergency. Your health and safety, and that of our community, remain the top priority for all of us.

Thank you,
Jerome Holland
Director of Housing and Residential Life
