The Grind – Open Mic Coffee House

The Grind is an open mic coffee house that provides a safe space for people to express themselves through performance and for the audience to relax, meet new people and spend time with friends. Every Wednesday night there is a player’s sheet; it’s first to sign-up, first to play. We have a sound system and an electric piano for acoustic music. There’s always snacks/coffee available. Our goals are to provide a safe environment for creative expression and creative community, to offer a place to meet new people and commune with friends and to create an environment that develops the performing talent pool and nurtures our performers.
