During this 4 week group we will practice techniques to help you initiate social connection so you feel more confident in social situations. Each week you will be challenged to apply what you are learning in your life. This group will be a confidential supportive group facilitated by April L. Mentzer MSW, Clinician and Integrated Care Provider of the Counseling Center. You do not need to come to all weeks to participate.
