During this 5-week group, we will practice techniques to help you initiate social connections, so you feel more confident in social situations. Each week, you will be challenged to apply what you are learning in your life. This group will be a confidential and supportive gathering facilitated by April L. Mentzer MSW, Clinician, and Integrated Care Provider of the Counseling Center. Drop-ins are welcome!
