Loving-Kindness Meditation & Yoga is a form of practice that emphasizes cultivating love and compassion towards oneself and others. In this class, we will explore easy meditation practices, guided journaling, and some physical movement through yoga poses that align with our theme of opening the heart to ourselves and to those around us. We will work on self-care techniques that you can take with you outside of the classroom and into your everyday life. Please come prepared with a notebook, writing utensil, and clothes that feel comfortable and easy to move in. Offered by Jenna Giguere, Champlain alum and Champlain yoga teacher.
