Resilience is defined as the ability of someone or something to spring back into shape, to recover from difficulties. Resilience is elasticity and strength, and, it is a skillset that can be learned.This 4-week series will cover the four main components of resilience. March 23rd’s theme is connection, March 30th’s is well-being, April 6th’s is positive self-talk, and April 13rd’s is meaning and purpose.
