Family Stress Support Group

Dealing with family stress can be difficult, but COVID-19 and racial injustice have created unprecedented challenges; for both students at home and on campus. If you’ve been struggling with the challenges of being at home, have experienced a loss of independence, or are having difficulty adjusting to isolation due to being away from family; this group might be for you. This group is also appropriate for students who have family backgrounds which include divorce, substance abuse, major mental or physical illness, grief and loss, frequent moves, or other disruptions and difficulties and are looking for support from fellow students as they navigate college.
