88 Talented Students, Five Exciting Games, One Unforgettable Game Studio Senior Show

Every spring for the past 17 years, graduating seniors in Champlain’s game majors have spent the last few weeks of their final semester working around the clock to refine the games they’ve been creating over the course of a year. On Friday, May 3, this year’s seniors are unveiling their work—and they want you to join them!

Friends, family, faculty, and staff are invited to attend the annual Game Senior Show either live in person or online via livestream to celebrate the accomplishments of the Game Studio‘s Class of 2024. Five games will be presented by 88 graduating seniors during the show. These games will then be available for the public to demo on campus from May 4 through May 13 at the Champlain Art Gallery.

The Game Studio at Champlain College is a unique learning experience that mirrors the way game studios operate in the real world. It brings together the skills and talents of students from seven different majors and challenges those students to lean on, learn from, and collaborate with their teammates to produce fully functioning games. Game Studio majors include: Game Art, Game Business & Publishing, Game Design, Game Production Management, Game Programming, Game Sound Design, and Interactive Narrative for Games & Digital Media (coming Fall 2025).
