Located right in the heart of downtown Burlington, 194 Saint Paul Street opened its doors in August 2018. Spread over five floors, there are apartments available for groups as well as individuals. Students can apply for a studio, two-bedroom, three-bedroom, four-bedroom, or four-bedroom townhouse fully furnished apartment.
194 Saint Paul Street is conveniently located just steps away from Burlington’s main attractions: it’ll take you five minutes to walk down to the waterfront to catch the sunset, and even less time to head to the Church Street Marketplace for some food and entertainment. 194 Saint Paul Street is also home to local businesses, including Café St. Paul—perfect for your breakfast or lunch run before catching the shuttle to class.
Available to sophomore, junior, and senior students, 194 Saint Paul Street is the perfect transition from a residence hall to an apartment. Students can choose a commuter meal plan at the IDX Dining Hall, or prepare their own meals in their kitchen. There are free washers and dryers on every floor, as well as common spaces and study rooms. Other building amenities include fitness and cardio rooms, as well as a mail room and central office if students have any questions.
Are you interested in living in 194 Saint Paul Street but don’t want to miss out on campus life? No worries! The free shuttles run from 7 AM–11 PM every day so you can get up to main campus in minutes. In addition, there are two Community Assistants per floor at 194 Saint Paul Street who put on events and programming, just as they would in any residence hall.
